Shipping policy

At High Jinks, we pack every order ourselves from the Himalayas with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how your gear gets to you.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [PROCESSING TIME - 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS].

We check, fold, and pack every item by hand. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods Available
We currently offer:

  • Regular Shipping: Our standard, reliable delivery partner
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery for when you need your gear urgently
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above [FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD - ₹1500]

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Regular Shipping: [5-7 BUSINESS DAYS]
  • Express Shipping: [3-5 BUSINESS DAYS]

Delivery time starts after the order processing time is complete. Delivery may take slightly longer for remote locations, hilly regions, and Northeast states.

5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link and AWB number on your email and WhatsApp.

You can track your order anytime from the link. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays
Sometimes delays happen due to weather, strikes, courier issues, or incorrect address. It’s part of the ride.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in [48 HOURS], or if the courier marks it as undeliverable, please contact us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner or for orders with an incorrect/incomplete address provided by you. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.

If your package is returned to us due to a delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we [ DO NOT] offer international shipping.

If you are ordering from outside India and we do ship to your country, delivery time is [10-15 BUSINESS DAYS] and customs duties/taxes may be applicable and are to be borne by the customer.
