HIGH JINKS - 3 YEAR MANUFACTURING WARRANTY

At High Jinks, we build clothes to last. That’s why we offer a 3-Year Warranty on our core products.
This warranty is only for manufacturing defects, not for regular wear and tear.
1. Coverage Period
3 Years from the date of delivery. Valid for original buyer only with proof of purchase from highjinks.in
Covered Products: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Pants / Joggers, Jackets
2. What Is Covered
If any of these problems happen due to manufacturing fault, we will fix it:
- Stitching / Seams open or come off
- Zipper breaks or gets stuck (Jackets, Hoodies, Pants)
- Button / Rivet / Drawcord defect
- Fabric defect - hole, tear from factory, wrong sizing
- Print / Embroidery cracks or peels within 90 days without wrong washing
3. What Is NOT Covered
This is not a lifetime damage cover. Warranty will be void if:
- Normal wear and tear, pilling, slight color fading after washes
- Shrinkage, color bleed due to wrong washing, bleach, hot water wash
- Damage due to accident, misuse, fire, pets, sharp objects
- Any alteration, tailor work, or custom dyeing done by you
- Stains, deodorant marks, perfume damage
- Product bought from resellers, not from highjinks.in
4. Warranty Conditions
- Warranty is non-transferable
- You need Order ID / Invoice
- Product must have been washed as per care label
- One product, one claim. After replacement, new product will carry remaining warranty period from original purchase
5. How to Claim - 3 Easy Steps
Step 1: Email us at [highjinks@zohomail.in] with Subject: Warranty Claim - [Order ID]
Step 2: Send 3-4 clear photos / video of defect + photo of care label + invoice screenshot
Step 3: Our team will reply within 48 hours
6. What We Will Do
After verification, we will at our choice:
- Free Repair, OR
- Free Replacement of same product / similar value product, OR
- Store Credit if product is out of stock
Shipping for warranty replacement is free for first claim. Customer needs to send defective product back if requested.
7. Care Instructions to Keep Warranty Valid
- Cold wash inside out
- Do not bleach, do not iron directly on print
- Wash with similar colors
- Follow care label on product
8. Limitation
Our liability is limited to repair / replacement / store credit. We are not liable for any indirect loss.
